never played diablo 1 or two, but a friend showed me this, and i have to say I'm interested. He has a few original copies of diablo2. He said he might give me one if i promised to play with him........oooh errrr.....that sounded pervy.....

seeing those pics made me think how many seconds after release will somebody be working on a world of warcraft mod for it?

Diablo is a god in its own right. 3 looks to be awesome. Can we get a dedicated Diablo forum please? 3 is going to be epic.

Just watched the gameplay video and you can see they have snipped bits from WoW but thats good imo. Wish they had used different chars in the video though, the Barbarian always was the most boring character to play.

nah, the barb is old school man.

there was nothing bad about starting a game with the barb and just pummelling the crap outta everything.

Barbarian + Sorceress ftw.

Necro was hard bloody work till about lvl 30 or so
Amazon was just well, pathetic.
Paladin was a cheap barbarian (although diablo2 thorns was pretty cool)
The assassin again was a cheap female barbarian
The other guy I never played because it didnt look interesting..I cant even remember the class.

The Druid was the otehr class and he was pretty awesome, but pretty crap at the same time.

The Amazon was actually one of the best classes, because they could do huge amounts of Dmg to groups with there bow, my mate was ridiculous with his.

The Pally was alright, and was my favourite character, it ust suited my style of game play. Anyway enough about the previous Diablos, I wonder what other classes are like now.

I liked the barb best, it was a beast of a class, being able to get up close and keep going whilst the rest damage.
Worried they'll add a strong healing class.

It was nice having to be totally dependant and focused on you & the enemies.
It's a different type of play style, not having a healer class that can just keep healing non stop.
If you can't take hits, stand back, let the bigger guy take it.
