GameOn is trying to make Customers online ticket payment as easy as possible; GameOn have included everything in to the online payment system so customers can be at ease when ordering.
1. Definitions
(a) GameOn Networking Ltd (GameOn)
(b) You, the customer (Customer)
(c) GameOn LAN Event (Event)
2. Payment types
GameOn currently accepts the following cards:
Visa
MasterCard
Delta
Switch
Solo
3. Online prices
GameOn have the right at any time to change a value of a ticket, if a Customer has paid for a ticket and the price changes then the Customer will not be affected by that change.
4. Signed up
If a Customer has signed up for an Event and has not paid for their ticket, the Customer has NOT secured a seat at the Event. If an Events paid seating capacity is reached Customers will not be able to book for the Event. The only way to secure a seat at an Event is to pay in full before the paid seating capacity is reached.
5. Discount schemes
To take advantage of GameOn's discount schemes Customers have to pay in full before the discount period expires. This period is normally 10 days but may change without notice. Details of the discount period are on GameOn’s website.
6. Refunds
If a Customer cancels their booking within the cancellation period, the Customer is entitled to a refund of 75% of the paid ticket price. The 25% surcharge covers GameOn’s cancellation fees. Refunds will only be given back in the same format payment was received; GameOn cannot credit a different card.
7. Refund cancellation period
The refund cancellation period is up to 14 days before an Event. Once there is less than 14 days left no refund will be given.
8. Cancelled Events
If GameOn cancel an Event then Customers will be entitled to a 100% refund of their paid ticket price.
9. Finding out the status of payment or refund
It is the Customers responsibility to check the status of their transactions, by logging in to the MyLAN control panel Customers will have the options to view the status of their transactions.
10. Forgotten passwords
GameOn can not reset Customer passwords or create a new one. The only way to recover a password is to use the automated password recovery system. It is the Customers responsibly to keep their e-mail address registered and up-to-date so the password can be reset at anytime.
11. Confirmation of payment
The MyLAN control panel has options to view the Event booking confirmation number; Customers will be e-mailed their successful transactions for their records. A booking confirmation number is required for entry at an Event. Entry will be refused without it. Customer booking confirmation numbers will be matched to booking details upon arrival at an Event to validate their ticket and seat.
12. Online Competition
GameOn reserve the right to refuse any entry they so chose for any reason they deem applicable. This can be (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:
We may display your username that you have used to register at GameOn.co.uk, for the sole representation of announcing the competition winner. We will not announce any other personal details such as your full name, e-mail address or mailing address.
We will not pass your details onto any third party marketing companies or otherwise. Your mailing address will be required, should you win any of the competitions. GameOn Networking Ltd can not be held accountable for any loss or damage to the items once they have been mailed out. Any complaints of this nature will need to be dealt with in accordance with your local Post Office®.
Competitions will be open to residents of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise specified in the individual competitions outlines.
